The cuisine and culinary proposals that the Hotel Feldberg Riccione offers every day aim at the full satisfaction of its customers, preferring the use of seasonal ingredients, the maximum freshness of food and the use of the gastronomic excellence of our territory.

A demanding choice for us but not comparable to the great fulfillment that derives from it: the enthusiasm of our customers for the culinary proposals of our restaurant repays us so much!

We like to use local products and foods. For example fruit, vegetables and beans come from the hills of our hinterland, in most cases from organic farming; the fish we serve, compatibly with any fishing temporary protection periods, is always fresh and the meat comes from farms in our area.

At Hotel Feldberg you will find a concept of Riccione cuisine that blends the tradition of our land with the originality of our chef Bruno and his kitchen staff.
