Once you are seated at your table you will discover the quality and passion that our Chef Bruno Enchisi and the kitchen staff (with us since 20 years) put into the creation of the rich buffet of hot and cold appetizers and in the gastronomic journey full of genuine specialties, which ranges from the characteristic Romagna first courses to the delicate main courses of meat and fish offered every day. 

We offer good flavors and full flavors: to do this we start from the studied choice of ingredients. We always try to prefer basic ingredients that are available in our territory (KM zero) and we work them respecting tradition but also with a pinch of originality.
