The hotel reception is present 24 hours a day, you can contact it directly by dialing the number 9 on the telephone.
- Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to10:30 am.
- Restaurant
Restaurant is on the first floor (botton “R” in the lift).
Lunch is served from 12:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. - Wi-fi
Hotel feldberg is completely coverd by a free wi-fi connection.

- Safe box
Every room has got a safe box accessible with a combination.
Please use it to deposit money, documents and valuables. You will find the operating instructions near the safe, for any need the reception will be ready to assist you. - Check out
On the day of departure, please leave the room before 10:00 am.
- Pets
We remind you that pets are accepted with the exception of the areas of the hotel used for serving food and drinks (restaurant and breakfast room)..
- Stay payment
You can pay for your stay and any possible extras (minibar, spa services, bar, etc.) Every day at the Reception from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Bicycles
The hotel offers you a free bike rental service, you can ask for the key at the reception. - Parking
The hotel’s parking is fenced and monitored with cctv and you can enter using the same key card you use to open the room. The car park is under video surveillance but is not guarded. - Early departure
In case of early departure the hotel can withholds an amount of money up to 3 nights as penalty, according to current hotel law.
